Maintaining our compliance portfolio involves numerous internal and external audits in which independent parties review our security. These parties also affirm we achieve and maintain these security objectives, providing the greatest assurance to our customers and partners.

Promoting AI ethics

Genesys is committed to ensuring our artificial intelligence (AI) technology is responsible and fair. Genesys follows strict AI ethics guidelines by applying AI with a purpose, adhering to data standards and addressing bias.

Concerns about the ethical use or development of AI systems or tools at Genesys may be reported through the Genesys Compliance Speak Up line, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This line is accessible at www.genesys.ethicspoint.com and allows for anonymous reporting to the extent permitted by law.
